Reindeer Run for charity

This week pupils from across school took part in St James's first ever Reindeer Run. The sponsored event was to raise money for Mary Steven’s Hospice, and the pupils even made their own reindeer antlers for the occasion. There was also the odd unexpected snowstorm on the field which, along with some Christmas music, made sure everyone thoroughly enjoyed this festive event, whilst getting some exercise at the same time.

"My favourite part was sprinting through the snow, - I'd love to do it again next year," said Zach, a year 3 pupil.

"I loved chasing Mrs Williams - she was dressed up as santa!" said Rhiannon from year 1.
